Lou's love of outdoor exercise stems from her obstacle racing days. When she isn't instructing bootcamps Lou works as a picture book author and personal mobility trainer. In her spare time she enjoys running around forests and drawing.

Senior Instructor
Jen loves to teach any kind of group exercise. When she isn’t teaching bootcamp, Jen spends a lot of her time in various care homes and support living, helping residents with their mobility and strength exercise. Her favourite things are coffee, cooking, music, camping, all animals and hiking.

Instructor
Dave got into bootcamps over 12 years ago when he started obstacle racing. Most weekends back then would be spent at a Wolf Run, Tough Mudder and every race in between. When he isn't instructing or joining in with the bootcamp team, he loves trail running and mountain biking.
