“I've been attending this friendly Walking Bootcamp for 3 years twice a week and feel so much better for it! The classes are a mix of circuit training with exercises to improve , strength, balance and cardio. The sessions are varied and the instructor easily adapts activities to accommodate any injuries (and sometimes the weather!) I love taking part but the best thing about it for me is being outside which adds an extra dimension of well being to the classes.”
“I started this Bootcamp to improve my health and strength, not expecting to actually enjoy it, but I love going! I love the fact that I don't have to think about or plan my exercise - I just turn up and Lou has a detailed plan of what we will be doing and every single session is challenging and different and has variety. Lou mixes up the exercises, equipment, and the structure of the sessions. I absolutely hate the idea of going to a smelly gym but love Bootcamp as it is outside in the fresh air and you feel the daily weather and the connection with nature and the seasons. I walk home from Bootcamp buzzing and smiling.”

“I love Cambridge Bootcamps! I've been going for over 3 years now and it's been wonderful for my fitness and mental health. We exercise outside whatever the weather - which means that right through the year I get some vitamin D and fresh air during the day. They have multiple options across the day so you can choose your sessions to fit your schedule. Every session is different and so it never gets boring. Lou designs each workout really carefully - with a nice balance between strength and cardio and you can feel your stamina and overall fitness building over time. Most of all it is great fun with a nice bunch of people of all ages. The workouts are challenging, but the vibe is not about showing off - its super friendly and everyone works at the pace that suits them. It's been transformational for me and if you want to build strength, confidence and cardio fitness - in the great outdoors then I highly recommend you give it a go!”
